Size: Our Quart size offering (2 ounces freeze-dried) contains 5 servings of fruit:

• ~ 5 medium size peaches
• ~2.5 cups of peaches by volume
• ~1.5 pounds of peaches by rehydrated weight

Uses: Our freeze-dried peaches are a great snack between meals, or you may rehydrate them to create a side. You may also toss them into recipes that require peaches with no need to rehydrate if the recipe contains adequate liquid ingredients. We offer both slices and pieces depending on your need and preference.

Nutrition: Peaches contain several important micronutrients, including vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, and B-complex vitamins like thiamin, niacin, and riboflavin. The fruit also provides 247 milligrams of potassium, which is 7% of your recommended need.  Peaches are a low-glycemic fruit, which means they have a minimal effect on blood sugar.
